Dickon & Alice

About the Artists

Alice first developed her love of Nature as a Landscape Oil Painter, only later becoming a professional photographer. Dickon saved money from his “paper route” as a young boy to afford his first serious film camera, a Voigtlander Vitomatic. Alice and Dickon’s idea of a perfect date night is to sling their cameras over their camouflage outfits, jump in their shallow draft boat, uncork a bottle of wine, and glide into the marshes of the Connecticut River to capture Bald Eagles, Swans, Osprey, Cormorants and Geese glowing in the Golden Light. The Willo and Felix Gallery is an interactive ode to Alice and Dickon’s passion for the magnificence of nature and their desire to have more of this beauty brought into our homes.
